We're not a sportsbook ourselves, and we don't take bets, process deposits or handle withdrawals. That means there's a limit to what we can resolve directly, but we're glad to help with things like:

• Corrections or updates on odds, bonus terms, licensing details or any other information in our reviews
• Questions about how we scored or ranked a particular offshore sportsbook
• Feedback on a site or feature you think we've missed, or a new operator you'd like us to research
• General questions about how offshore betting works, or how to read a welcome offer's rollover terms
• Reports of outdated information, broken links, or anything on the site that doesn't look right

What We Can't Resolve

Because we're a review and comparison publisher rather than a sportsbook operator, we're not able to help with account-specific issues at any of the offshore books we cover — things like a stuck withdrawal, a disputed bet, a locked account, or verification (KYC) problems. Those situations need to go directly to the sportsbook's own customer support team, since they're the only ones with access to your account and funds. If a book is slow to respond or refuses a legitimate payout, keep records of your communications with them — that's the strongest position you'll be in regardless of who you escalate it to.

It's worth remembering that offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the US — commonly in jurisdictions like Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and are not regulated by any US state. That means the dispute-resolution channels, segregated-fund rules and consumer protections that apply to state-regulated betting sites do not apply here.
